We are confident that our products will last decades or even your
whole life. We like to keep things simple and straightforward.

If your product breaks as a result of normal wear and tear,
we will fix it or replace it for as long as you own it.

 

 

Shipping, returns and exchange

Our constant effort is to provide high quality products
as well as excellent customer service at BENYCTA.

We offer worldwide shipping and
will ship out your order within 1-3 business days after payment received.
It usually takes 5-7 business days to be delivered to worldwide customers.
We also provide tracking numbers once the order is shipped.

Returns are accepted if they are received within 30 days of shipping date
and only if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
The return must also be in its original packaging along
with the purchase receipt. Any returns received after 30 days won’t
be accepted. Any returns not in its original form will not be accepted.

Please, check all information concerning dimensions, colour,
delivery and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions. 

We’ll refund or replace the item soon as the returned item has arrived
to us. S
hipping fee can be refunded only if the bag is faulty or damaged during shipping.
Sending fee for a returned item or an exchanged item are
payable by buyer. In case you want a
replacement, an additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.

Please note that during the Christmas and other holiday/shopping seasons we
permit a longer shipping and return period. If you purchase the item as a gift and
the recipient doesn’t like it, keep the item in new condition
and never worn, you can return or exchange it after Christmas.
